In the ETS2 Mod Manager, the Great Steppe files should be placed above the main ProMods Europe files. A typical order is: The Great Steppe - Model The Great Steppe - Map The Great Steppe - Def (followed by ProMods Europe files)

The map requires all currently available official map DLCs released up to that point (Going East!, Scandinavia, Vive la France!, Bella Italia, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Road to the Black Sea, and Iberia).
