If the obb folder does not exist within the Android directory, create it manually.
Use a file manager like ZArchiver to open the com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip . Move the OBB Folder: Find the extracted folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa .
Open the app from your home screen. It should now recognize the data and start successfully. Troubleshooting
The final structure must be Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ , and it should contain the .obb files (typically named main...obb and patch...obb ).
Download and install the GTA San Andreas APK file first, but do not open it yet .
Move this entire folder to the following path: Internal Storage > Android > obb .
