Learn about 2023 Features and their Improvements in Moldflow!

Did you know that Moldflow Adviser and Moldflow Synergy/Insight 2023 are available?
 
In 2023, we introduced the concept of a Named User model for all Moldflow products.
 
With Adviser 2023, we have made some improvements to the solve times when using a Level 3 Accuracy. This was achieved by making some modifications to how the part meshes behind the scenes.
 
With Synergy/Insight 2023, we have made improvements with Midplane Injection Compression, 3D Fiber Orientation Predictions, 3D Sink Mark predictions, Cool(BEM) solver, Shrinkage Compensation per Cavity, and introduced 3D Grill Elements.

In the business world, the Icarus Paradox describes a phenomenon where a company’s greatest strength—the very thing that made it successful—ultimately leads to its downfall. Overconfidence and a refusal to adapt to a changing environment can cause a "soaring" organization to crash, much like the mythical figure.

Overcome by the exhilaration of flight, Icarus ignored the warnings and soared upward. The sun melted his wings, and he plunged into the sea and drowned.

The ICARUS Initiative (International Cooperation for Animal Research Using Space) is a global "Internet of Animals". It uses miniature solar-powered tags to track the migratory patterns of birds, bats, and even insects via satellite. This data helps scientists monitor biodiversity, predict disease outbreaks, and even study whether animal movements can forecast natural disasters like earthquakes.

Daedalus warned his son to fly a middle course: too low, and the sea’s dampness would weigh down the feathers; too high, and the sun’s heat would melt the wax.
