In Islamic healing traditions (Rukyah), repeating specific verses of protection and cure is believed to maximize spiritual energy and target subconscious distress.

Islamic scholars have identified six distinct verses across various chapters of the Quran where the word shifa (healing/cure) or its derivatives are explicitly mentioned. These verses address both the physical body and the ailments of the heart. 1. Surah At-Tevbe, Verse 14

"O mankind, there has come to you an instruction from your Lord and a healing for what is in the breasts..." 3. Surah An-Nahl, Verse 69 "And when I am ill

يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِلنَّاسِ
