JTAG/RGH consoles can apply specialized patches that aren't available on retail hardware:
Use on your PC to extract the contents of the Shift 2 ISO.
You can modify the default.xex using a hex editor ( HxD ) to unlock the framerate. Locate address 1D45C8 and change the value 81 7f 36 30 to 39 60 00 03 . It is recommended to set the in-game HUD to "Lite" to maintain stability.
Copy the folder to Hdd1:\Games\ on your console using or Aurora Dashboard .
Transfer the resulting folder to a FAT32-formatted USB drive or via FTP to your Xbox.
